By syl1154 - July 21 - 2:00 amUnfortunately at the time I am writing this review my Toyota is at the dealer for repairs. I had it 60 days with absolutely no trouble at all. Its an eye catcher, very reliable and great to drive. However,recently the check engine light came on,the temperture guage stop working and the car failed to start. It also pulls to the left as a previous reviewer had mentioned,BUT its still awesome to me. I still recommend it. The acceleration was what sold me. My car is all black.

Many annoying defects - 2004 Toyota Camry Solara
By CBB - June 27 - 4:36 pmI have had a significant number of problems with my Solara (none involving the engine, thankfully), including significant rattling in the dashboard (6 repairs, and counting), rattling/loose passenger window, whistling of the door seals at highway speeds, defective tire pressure indicator, defective rocker (retracting) mechanism in sunroof, defective driving lights, etc. Very shocking, given Toyotas reputation for reliability.

By mabteach - May 28 - 10:00 amI compared all the convertibles in the $22000 to $45000 catagory. I found the Toyota Solara Camry Convertible SE to be the best value for the money. The car has very low noise for a convertible with the top up, great fuel economy, plenty of power and it handles great on wet roads and curves. The car is not easily found. Very few Toyota dealerships have them in stock. There are so few of them on the road, when people see it, they dont know what it is. So far, I love my Solara!

By John Franks - May 2 - 10:00 amThis is well worth the cash and after driving every thing under the sun before making a decision i am happy with my final choice, its sporty with enough room for friends and family you dont feel cheated on space..so many great features you are spoiled by all the gadgets and saftey precautions that comes with the car...(Love my built in 6cd changer) its a pleasure driving and i find myself counting down the minutes of the day before i can get into my solara again...you cant got wrong with this one..Oh.. I never liked toyotas before this car, its a real show stopper...!

Great Value - 2004 Toyota Camry Solara
By BimmerM5104 - April 26 - 2:00 amI just recently purchased the Solara Sport SE V6, and i think it is a great car. It handles well, and doesnt sacrifice ride quality, as tends to happen with sport suspension packages. The price is right too, you get a great car for your money.

By solara - April 23 - 2:33 pmHad an Avalon and now Solara, Avalon better overall better body construction and overall comfort. Would recommend Avalon over Solara. Doors are too heavy for the hinges and are hard to open. Gas mileage about 25 mpg without air running. Car extremely quiet when running at idle.

Beautiful Automobile - 2004 Toyota Camry Solara

Car came with discolored rear bumper(lunar mist).Paint was "mottled" and was changed. Car pulled to the left and service contacted tech support. Dealer changed bolt and flange(part #90105- 17011&90105-17009) and car now tracks straight.
